Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Position Purpose:

Responsible for preparing shipments, accepting deliveries, and moving packages or office equipment between locations. Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages, including Help Desk repair/servicing shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package handling: Pick up and move computer equipment, furniture, and office supplies using carts or small moving equipment.
• Mail distribution: Collect and deliver office mail, packages, supplies, storage boxes, and hardware.
• Outgoing mail processing: Examine mail for proper addressing, seal envelopes, weigh items, and apply postage.
• Record keeping: Process and maintain records of certified, registered, and express mail.
• Supply requests: Manage requests via phone, email, or in person for office supplies, overnight delivery, and equipment repair/service.
• Administrative support: Fold letters, insert into envelopes, stamp, and dispatch as needed.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of shipping/receiving, mail processing, or general office/administrative experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.
• Working knowledge of USPS and FedEx procedures strongly preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Required: 2+ years of shipping/receiving, ordering, packing, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Required: Missouri Board of Pharmacy Technician License (or ability to apply on Day 1).
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (gel packs) and perform most tasks while standing.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential mail, and customer service skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Chesterfield, MO.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Chesterfield,MO.
