Seasonal Customer Care Associate

Supporting members from August through December 2026, the full-time Seasonal Customer Care Associate will handle incoming calls, resolve healthcare-related inquiries, and coordinate follow-up while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide direct support by handling incoming calls and explaining healthcare benefits and services Resolve member issues by identifying needs, researching information, and determining next steps Coordinate follow-up through outbound calls and maintain accurate member records in compliance with regulations Required qualifications At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or call center environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly and build rapport Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests accurately Self-motivated and productive in a remote work environment
