Required Skills

• Experience reviewing policies to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance risks.
\n
• Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear policy documentation.

• Experience collaborating with SMEs, legal teams, compliance officers, and cybersecurity professionals.
\n
• Strong document management, version control, and policy governance skills.
\n
• Experience preparing policy summaries, presentations, training materials, and internal communications.
\n
• Healthcare industry background with an understanding of privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update privacy and information security policies and procedures.

• Ensure documentation aligns with federal and state regulations, HIPAA, NIST, CMS, and internal standards.

• Conduct policy gap assessments and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate policy accuracy and operational alignment.

• Maintain standardized documentation, version tracking, and change control.

• Support policy communications, employee awareness, and training initiatives.
