We achieve our purpose by embodying our core values: We Are Believers We Communicate Authentically with Care We Stay The Course We Drive Performance CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, Temporary COMPENSATION: $12.00 - $14.00 Per hour POSITION SUMMARY: Redstone Residential seeks hardworking and reliable temporary workers to assist with a variety of tasks based on the needs of each property. Responsibilities include scheduling check-out times with residents in assigned apartments of the complex, conducting white-glove inspections, cleaning when required, preparing and performing final checks apartments to ensure they are ready for new and returning tenants. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or other property-related duties Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the property, including trash removal and cleaning checks Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed as needed Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines At Redstone Residential, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people thrive.
