Your Role in Our Mission

• Conducting detailed patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health conditions collaboratively with physicians or independently based on your credentials
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding wellness, disease management, and preventive measures
• Prescribing medications and therapies according to your scope of practice
• Engaging in chronic care management and patient follow-up
• Working within interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, holistic care
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Essential Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certification Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Florida
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
