Take on a wide range of residential remodeling projects: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, and more
Perform both rough and finish carpentry with high attention to detail
Lead Carpenters: oversee and mentor another carpenter, self-manage job sites, and ensure projects are completed to quality standards and timelines
Collaborate with project managers and team members to keep jobs on track
Lead Carpenters : 5+ years of consistent foreman/leadership experience in residential remodeling
Carpenters : solid skills in both rough and finish carpentry
Ability to read and execute floorplans/blueprints
Strong work ethic, communication skills, and professional attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
