Program Manager

DutiesYou will provide overall direction, coordination, and management of all facets and functions of an administrative program or several closely related programs.You will serve as single point of contact for the Business Unit through interfacing with sponsors, headquarters, contractors, or other government activities involved in the program.You will provide analysis and management of continuing congressional and/or Navy programs.You will prepare all planning documents associated with program organization, product development, material acquisition, program budgets, schedules, reports, and documentation.You will be responsible for cost, schedule and performance management of all the programs and projects as assigned.You will ensure that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program team effort and that of any other participating services and agencies when necessary.You will provide sustainment oversight for all Communication, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) subsystem activities, ensuring readiness, supportability, and lifecycle requirements are integrated across the F-35 enterprise.You will lead coordination and resolution of fielded CNI issues with engineering, logistics, and industry partners, ensuring timely corrective actions and alignment with program priorities.
