Our client is looking for a Power Platform Developer in the Tampa area Compensation: $70k-80k Location: first 90 days EVERY DAY on-site, then hybrid (Tampa 33607) What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain production Power Apps Canvas Apps used by internal business teams. Build sophisticated PowerFx solutions utilizing collections, nested data structures, ForAll , Patch , and LookUp functions. Develop integrations with SQL Server by creating structured JSON payloads, executing stored procedures, and parsing responses using ParseJSON . Create, enhance, and maintain Power Automate cloud flows that streamline business processes. Troubleshoot complex application behavior, connector authentication, data synchronization, and platform-related issues. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective, user-friendly solutions. Participate throughout the full application lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing enhancements. What You'll Bring 2 years of experience developing production Power Apps Canvas Apps Strong proficiency with PowerFx, including collections, variables, and context/state management Experience integrating Power Apps with SQL Server, including stored procedures and structured JSON payloads Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power Automate cloud flows Strong troubleshooting skills involving UI behavior, galleries, nested collections, refresh logic, and data binding Ability to independently own projects and deliver solutions from concept through deployment Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
