Staffing Coordinator Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our Central Valley team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed correctly and on schedule. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. About the Role As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for all staff and responsible for completing DHPPD packets. Must have SNF staffing experience. Qualifications High school diploma required Associates degree in Business or Accounting fields, and/or experience in business office operations in long-term care or healthcare-related field, preferred Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations Maintains a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance #J-18808-Ljbffr
