Responsibilities: Provide desktop, hardware, software, mobile device, AV, and end-user support across a global environment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Windows, Linux/Unix, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. Support infrastructure projects, deployments, upgrades, and technology rollouts. Administer enterprise systems and contribute to improving reliability, performance, and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain automation solutions using scripting and other tools. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technology services and resolve issues. Participate in occasional out-of-hours support and project work when required. Skills/Must Have: Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments, including Microsoft 365 and end-user technologies. Broad systems administration experience covering hardware, software, desktop, and infrastructure support. Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments is advantageous. Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages is beneficial. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
