Provide quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs Apply competent clinical practice and the nursing process Integrate concepts of relationship based care into practice Serve as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit Assume accountability for nursing care of designated patients Demonstrate unit/area-designated competencies Float between St. Peter's, Albany Memorial and Samaritan Hospitals Complete provided orientation and training Requirements 2 years current experience as an Registered Nurse in the specialty you desire Per Diem-must work 24 hours every four (4) weeks to remain active Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility Must be willing to float between the three locations Applicants must be able to complete the orientation and training that will be provided and be able to float Float pool experience preferred Contract/travel agency experience preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in patient-centered care, integrating clinical practice with relationship-based care principles.
