Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will design, customize, integrate, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions remotely while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Conduct unit and user acceptance testing, manage solution deployments, and provide troubleshooting and production support Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of five years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Customer Engagement solutions Proficiency in Dynamics 365 configuration and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform Demonstrated experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications through APIs and web services Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate Virtual Vocations Inc
