Position SummaryThe Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily pharmacy operations within the inpatient setting to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical care. This position serves as a clinical and operational resource for pharmacy staff, collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, supports regulatory compliance, and oversees designated pharmacy programs and initiatives.
