Elk River Senior Living , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Dietary/Culinary Server to join our growing team!

Shifts Available: On-call (Must work a minimum of 4 shifts or 30 hours every 30 days, 4 of those shifts - 2 on weekends (does not need to be executed days)

Wage: $15.50 - $20.50

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.  Duties include:     

• Set up room trays and tables in the dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.     

• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.     

• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.     

• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.     

• Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.     

Preferred Qualifications:     

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.     

• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.     

• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.     

• Must possess advanced computer skills.
