Senior Consultant (Data Risk)

Our Data & AI practice is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Consultant with Data Risk, Data Governance, and Compliance experience to work within a large financial services organization Candidates should be highly organized, analytical, and results-driven to lead a large-scale enterprise questionnaire initiative impacting approximately 300 applications across the financial services organization This high-visibility role requires a professional with strong project management capabilities, as well as a solid understanding of Data Risk, Data Retention, Data Governance, and Compliance practices The Senior Consultant will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive execution, manage timelines and dependencies, as well as ensure the successful delivery of a critical enterprise-wide initiative This role is ideal for consultants who thrive in complex environments, can navigate ambiguity, and excel at influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization This position is Onsite 3 Days per week Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a large-scale enterprise questionnaire and assessment initiative across approximately 300 applications Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies Partner with business, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and governance stakeholders to ensure program objectives are achieved Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and status reviews with senior leaders and key stakeholders Track program progress as well as proactively identify, elevate, and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks Ensure compliance with organizational policies related to Data Risk, Data Retention, Information Governance, Regulatory Requirements, and Risk Management Drive accountability across multiple teams while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement Create executive-level communications, reporting, dashboards, and presentations to provide visibility into program status and outcomes Establish and maintain governance processes to support effective decision-making and execution Support data collection, analysis, and documentation efforts associated with questionnaire responses and compliance requirements Qualifications: 3-5+ years of Data Management, Project Management, Consulting, or related experience, preferably in Banking or Financial Services Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments Strong understanding of one or more of the following areas: Data Risk Management, Data Retention, Information Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Data Privacy, or Records Management Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting mechanisms Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within Management Consulting organizations, such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or similar firms Background supporting governance, risk, compliance, privacy, or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Familiarity with enterprise application inventories, data management practices, and compliance assessment processes Hands-on experience with Data Management tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra) Why Join Paradigm: At Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
