Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-driven Staff Accountant who’s strong in Excel , confident owning month-end processes, and comfortable collaborating across production, supply chain, and leadership teams. What You’ll Do Support the month-end close : journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts (cash, inventory-related accounts, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, etc.) Assist with inventory and cost accounting support (as applicable): variance analysis, cycle counts, and reporting tied to manufacturing activity Prepare and analyze financial reports and schedules to support management decisions Use advanced Excel to build/maintain templates, streamline reporting, and improve processes (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data validation; macros a plus) Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate coding, documentation, and timely processing of transactions Support audit and compliance requests by preparing schedules and documentation Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve efficiency within accounting workflows What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) 3–5 years of accounting experience (required), ideally in manufacturing or a related environment Excel expert with a strong ability to work with large datasets and produce clean, accurate reporting Solid understanding of GAAP , account reconciliations, and close cycles Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Collaborative communicator who’s comfortable working cross-functionally Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday (standard business hours) Very competitive salary package and strong benefits Opportunity to grow with a company that values process improvement and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
