Senior Escrow Officer

What this job is about We're truly mining for diamonds, cut or uncut (this is figurative, we're not actually in the diamond business). We're looking for the very best, so please be confident that you are before applying. Your day will mostly consist of communicating with important clients and constituents on residential real estate transactions. You will be accountable for a pipeline of transactions with unbreakable deadlines. You'll have a strong support team around you, but you are the quarterback. Ensure files move efficiently, accurately, and compliantly from open to close. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies — and fix them. Own technical processes and be responsible to execute on adjustments as needed. Communication and attitude/outlook: our success is a result of our ability to stay calm under pressure and (over)communicate good and bad news with clients and teammates. Systems & Technology We work on Softpro and it's great if you have Softpro experience, but it's not required.
