Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the health and welfare of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Perform patient assessments and anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout each procedure
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment within the operating room at all times
• Serve as a resource person and self-motivated professional in support of the OR team and nursing philosophy
• Collaborate with the OR Supervisor and surgical staff to ensure quality patient care and procedural compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in operating room circulating
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical safety protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an OR setting
• Demonstrated ability to function independently and adapt quickly to new environments
