Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ years recent high volume Labor Delivery experience License: Active RN License Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - EFM Certification - NIH Stroke Scale/Score (NIHSS) Must-Have: - Must be willing to obtain EFM Certification within 48 hours if offered - Must be willing to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours if offered - COVID vaccination required; declinations not accepted Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies. The role adheres to standards of professional nursing practice utilizing a framework for professional nursing practice and development. The individual is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data, plan, provide, and evaluate care. Care is tailored to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients. Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted and must be willing to work the facility's schedule. Locals are accepted.
