• Lead end-to-end implementation of O9 Demand Planning solutions for global supply chain transformation programs.
\n
• Drive demand forecasting, demand sensing, statistical forecasting, and consensus planning processes.
\n
• Configure O9 demand planning models, dimensions, hierarchies, measures, KPIs, and workflows.
\n
• Design scalable forecasting solutions leveraging historical sales, market intelligence, and demand drivers.
\n
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define planning requirements and future-state processes.
\n
• Translate business needs into functional solution designs and O9 configurations.
\n
• Optimize forecast accuracy, bias reduction, and planning performance through advanced planning methodologies.
\n
• Lead S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process alignment across cross-functional teams.
\n
• Validate master data, planning parameters, forecast models, and demand planning assumptions.
\n
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Oracle, and enterprise data platforms.
\n
• Facilitate CRP, SIT, UAT, training sessions, deployment, and hypercare activities.
\n
• Develop dashboards, planning workbenches, executive reports, and demand analytics within O9.
\n
• Provide thought leadership on demand planning best practices, process governance, and continuous improvement.
\n
• Mentor consultants and business users on O9 Demand Planning capabilities and solution adoption.
\n
• Require 8+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience with at least 2+ full-cycle O9 Demand Planning implementations.
