Property Accountant

Property Accountant - King of Prussia, PA A growing real estate organization is seeking a Property Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with property operations while supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day accounting activities across a real estate portfolio. Compensation: $70,000-85,000 + bonus & benefits Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations Perform variance analysis and support monthly financial reporting Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and budget-to-actual analysis Maintain property accounting records and tenant/vendor data within the property management system Partner with property management teams to ensure accurate tenant billing and financial reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of accounting experience Property management or real estate accounting experience required Experience with MRI, Yardi, Entrata, and/or QuickBooks preferred Strong Excel skills and attention to detail On-site 5 days/week If you're looking to grow your career within real estate accounting and gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and property operations, please reach out directly to Kelly Lucey at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
