Product Manager, Apple Wallet

The Apple Wallet team is seeking a top-flight, experienced product manager to drive the evolution of our customer experience and product management across Apple Wallet. Description The Wallet team is seeking a product manager who loves building products that are both innovative and easy to use. This role collaborates with all areas of Wallet, including Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Apple Card, Savings, Transit, Access, and Identity. The role will define, build, and launch ground‑breaking new Wallet features that improve the experience for all Wallet users and may also enhance specific product areas. Responsibilities Guide teams across Human Interface, Engineering, other Product Managers, Legal, and business stakeholders, leading intricate cross‑functional projects. Drive progress by evangelizing product strategy to build alignment across stakeholders. Challenge assumptions and deliver solutions first and foremost with Apple’s customers in mind despite the complexity that is often behind the scenes. Delve into technical details while simultaneously considering the end‑to‑end experience and fostering innovation within a rapidly evolving domain. Represent business priorities and customer needs throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company goals. Drive go‑to‑market planning and execution, ensuring readiness across all stakeholders and optimizing for measurable impact. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience building and launching consumer products with designers, engineers, and data scientists. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives spanning engineering, design, marketing, and legal. Technical foundation with the ability to engage with engineering teams and understand system‑level tradeoffs. Ability to synthesize complex topics, drive alignment, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. Experience working with distributed, global marketing organizations in a large technology or consumer‑focused company. Preferred Qualifications Track record of operational excellence — defining processes, managing program execution, and delivering results with consistency and rigor. Experience working across multiple product areas within a platform or ecosystem. Experience with content and campaign management systems and on‑device marketing or analytics platforms, including how they are architected, integrated, and operationalized at scale. Familiarity with data privacy collection and usage principles and practices, including how they apply to on‑device analytics and marketing execution. MBA or advanced degree a plus. Benefits Base pay range: $172,100 — $305,600, with additional benefits including discretionary stock units, employee stock purchase plan, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, product discounts, and tuition reimbursement. The role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission payments, and relocation incentives.
