An innovative and patient-centered behavioral health organization is seeking both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a Psychiatrist to join its expanding team in Jackson, Tennessee . This is an excellent opportunity to provide compassionate mental health care while working in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights

Clinical Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications
Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and healthcare providers
Educate patients and families regarding treatment and wellness strategies

Patient Population

Adults and/or adolescents (based on provider experience and practice needs)
Diverse behavioral health diagnoses and treatment needs

Qualifications For PMHNP Candidates:

Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Active or eligible Tennessee licensure
Strong psychiatric assessment and medication management skills

For Psychiatrist Candidates:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
Active or eligible Tennessee medical license
DEA certification (or eligibility)
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare
