PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our National Manufacturing client to hire a Production Planning & Scheduling Supervisor for their Richmond, CA location . This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing manufacturer.
Role Summary
Lead production planning and scheduling activities to ensure on-time delivery, efficient operations, and cost control. Supervise production staff and manage schedules using EPICOR.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily production
- Ensure materials, labor, and equipment availability
- Supervise Blenders/production staff
- Monitor production flow and resolve disruptions
- Manage jobs and inventory in EPICOR
- Enforce safety and company policies
Requirements
- Manufacturing production planning/scheduling experience
- EPICOR experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- On-site availability (5 days/week)
