RecruiterAs a Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume light industrial positions for SIMOS. This position will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by our clients. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels. This role will not only manage the inside processes of candidate applications but also will also be responsible for working within the community and with tools provided to attract and gain candidates needed to supply our customer needs through grassroots initiatives, networking, and fieldwork.This is an 8 to 12 months assignment, with the possibility of an extension.Location: Fort Worth, TXResponsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirementsDevelop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientationsSource and screen resume to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualificationsManage the hiring process from offer to onboardingCreate an ongoing candidate pipelineManage paperless recruiting operationsMonitor the effectiveness of all ad campaignsParticipate in job fairs and community eventsMaintain accurate candidate records and ensure our internal systems are updated and compliance is metProactively seek new avenues to attract candidates (Building networks within the community)Manage daily information / candidate data tracking, identify potential areas of improvement, provide information to the SIMOS Operations team, resolve problems, participate in meetings, and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.Relationship management includes handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in high volume, fast-paced recruiting process, along with ATS and systems knowledgeMust possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives/deadlines.Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practicesKnowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordStrong communications skills, both oral and writtenStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with others, be a team player, and work independentlyAbility to manage a large workload promptlyAbility to travel within the market and throughout Texas as needed, including occasional overnight stays up to once per month.Bilingual Spanish required.Salary Range: $22.64 - $28.30 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.We offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 15 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.
