Role Overview:
As an Employment Specialist , you'll be a key player in our client service and staffing efforts. You'll help job seekers in Northern NJ find new careers by working closely with local companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong business relationships with job seekers and companies.
Communicate with job seekers and local companies via phone, email, and text.
Interview candidates and match them with the right job opportunities.
Attend job fairs and actively recruit top talent.
Present, promote, and sell Express' services to new and existing customers
Collaborate with team members and departments
Keep management updated on customer feedback, competition, and new opportunities
Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in customer service, recruiting , or inside sales
Data entry and Microsoft Suite skills
Strong student mentality and willingness to learn
Outgoing and communicative nature
Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred
Proven competitive track record and passion for success
