Role Description As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Angela Swanger - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year About Our Agency We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Mebane, NC. Our office is open Mon- Thurs 8:30-5:30 and Fridays 8:30-5:00. I have been a State Farm agent since 2007. Please do not call office - we will contact you.
