The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude towards serving guests and co-workers.Utility Job OverviewAs a utility worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of the location (more details upon interview). You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our employees, clients, and visitors.ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the premises.Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning.Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials in accordance with established procedures.Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, events, and company functions.Monitor and restock supplies in various areas, including restrooms and breakrooms.Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.Assist in basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs.Support facility security by ensuring all doors and windows are properly secured at the end of each workday.Adhere to health and safety regulations, using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment as required.Collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by the management.QualificationsMust have weekend availability.High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or related roles is preferred.Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.Reliable and punctual.FSW Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable food service worker to join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless operation of the food service establishment.
