Alto Pharmacy, part of the Fuze Health portfolio, is looking for a Finance Analyst to support our growing Pharmacy Operations organization. Responsibilities Prepare financial forecasts and support the annual operating plan cycle, including target setting, guideline creation, calendar management, milestones, and presentation of findings to senior leadership and the board. Collaborate with leadership to apply analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives. Partner closely with Alto’s Operations teams across Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery to identify opportunities for operational excellence and cost optimization. Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support monitoring of KPIs tied to strategic goals and assess team performance against these metrics. Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of corporate finance experience with a record of growth. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Successful management of budgets for major functional areas and senior leadership. Self‑starter with strong organization and efficiency. Superior analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fast‑paced mid‑sized companies. Prior partnership with operations teams as a finance business partner. Solid understanding of enterprise‑level financial systems and processes. Basic Looker and SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn). Track record of maintaining relationships and communicating with diverse stakeholders. Ability to balance competing priorities and execute multiple overlapping deadlines. Physical Requirements The role requires the ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods, perform repetitive motions with the wrists, hands, and fingers, and lift or move light objects up to 20 pounds. Effective verbal, auditory, and visual communication is also required. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $108,000 – $136,000 (commissions not applicable). No travel required.
