Compensation & Benefits: Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. Minimum starting rate of $26.19/hour, with regular increases reaching $30.95/hour. An additional shift premium of $1.50/hour applies for 2nd shift & 3rd shift. Knowledge of single phase, three phase, and high/low voltage circuitry. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics. Ability to distinguish wire gauges and types. Ability to communicate affectively verbally. Basic math skills & computer skills. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment. Ability to use basic hand tools & read measuring devices. Strong attention to detail. Ability to read and understand instructions. Perform daily housekeeping tasks. Be adaptable enough to learn the necessary functions in a timely manner and perform them within accepted output and quality levels. Must follow standard safe practices that apply to all activities. Cross train in other classifications. Required Qualifications: Lift up to 50 pounds frequently during an 8-hour work shift. Bend, stoop, push, and pull in a busy work environment for up to an 8-hour work shift. Climb a ladder and/ or scaffolding frequently during an 8-hour work shift. Stand for up to an 8-hour work shift. Grip, manipulate, and hold small parts with fingers. Hear different types of sound/decibels/tone such as alarms, sirens, and/or mechanical equipment.
