VOLUME , an industry leader for over 30 years, is hiring CDL A Company Drivers to haul carbon black in hopper bottom trailers. Our carbon business is growing fast, and we offer consistent miles, long-term stability, and top tier equipment. More than 80% of our drivers have been with us for over 4 years . Top Drivers Earn $100,000+ Per Year

• Starting pay: 52 CPM
• $13 per hour for on duty, not driving
• $120/per border crossing if passport certified
• CPM increases every 6 months based on safety and productivity
• Paid loaded and empty miles
• Paid for all on duty time

Home Time

• Out 5-6 days
• Home 34 hour reset on the weekends
• Flexible home time options available

• 2023, 880 and 2024, 680 Kenworth trucks
• 2026 International trucks

• Refrigerator and microwave in every truck
• Outward facing camera only
• Hopper bottom trailers

  • No need to adjust tandems

Position Details

• Hauling carbon black (no touch)
• Hopper bottom trailer experience preferred but not required
• Paid loaded and empty
• Steady miles year round
