Part‑Time Core Sales Associate Location: Pandora @ Lynnhaven Mall Compensation: $14.10 per hour – $17.60 per hour (commensurate with experience) Assessment Requirement This job requires completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon receiving your application. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sense of Care. Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Consistent schedule, with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred. Hours up to 12 per week in base periods, increasing to 21 during peak weeks (not to exceed 30), with full availability during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
