Quality Assurance CoordinatorGod Restoring Order (GRO) Community is a mental healthcare provider that specializes in trauma recovery services for males of color ages 5 and up. GRO services are grounded in an understanding of the neurological, biological and psychological effects of trauma. GRO services include mental health and wellness, stress management, and community outreach.We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the effective movement of clients through our mental health therapy pipeline. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely service delivery, proper documentation, and overall quality compliance within our behavioral health programs. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to help us maintain high standards of care and client satisfaction.Monitor and track client movement through the intake, psychiatric, and therapy service pipelineEnsure timely and accurate completion of clinical assessments and surveys.Perform chart audits to ensure documentation is complete and Medicaid compliantSupport internal quality assurance reviews and follow-up processesCollaborate with the Psychiatry and Clinical departments to identify and resolve bottlenecksEnter and maintain data in organizational spreadsheets and dashboardsParticipate in weekly check-ins and contribute to departmental process improvementsOther tasks as assigned based on needs of organization and departmentOffice SettingOnsite expectation with some hybrid flexibility (remote + onsite); subject to change to fully onsite based on needs of department and organization.Travel under 10% expectationAbility to work independently and in a team-based environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExcellent Customer Service SkillsCompetitive salary and benefits package.A supportive and dynamic work environment committed to social impact.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Bachelor's degree obtained in Public Health, Psychology, Health Administration, or related field required1 - 2 years of experience in quality assurance, administrative coordination/clinical operations, or behavioral health servicesProficiency in EHR systems and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)Passionate about community and uplifting and supporting vulnerable community membersSelf-motivated for excellenceExperience working with Medicaid-funded mental health programsKnowledge of HIPAA and clinical documentation standardsFamiliarity with client assessments and outcomes trackingCall-Center Experience
