Overview IQVIA, a global provider of life‑sciences and healthcare insights, is hiring a Clinical Specialist to support clients in operating rooms by delivering adjunctive hemostat solutions. The role bridges clinical personnel and market teams to gather insights, drive adoption, and provide education. Responsibilities Complete training on adjunctive hemostat devices and products and develop proficiency in product utilization and demonstration. Demonstrate mastery of all clinical information related to product application and the IFU, using this knowledge to help drive and convert business by upgrading to more advanced brands. Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgical leadership and clinicians, providing adjunctive hemostat recommendations and bleeding risk assessments. Educate OR nurses, techs, and physicians on proper techniques to capture real‑world utilization data by specialty/service line. Conduct pilot account assessments, analyze data, and present recommendations to management. Present adjunctive hemostat recommendations and assist with implementation. Participate in adjunctive hemostat product evaluations and collection of product utilization and performance data to support team business cases. Present continuing education programs to clinical and leadership groups within aligned accounts. Assist U.S. Marketing in identifying Key Opinion Leaders, upgrade opportunities, and provide presentations of clinical data outcomes to end‑users. Participate in key society meetings as appropriate. Requirements / Qualifications 4‑year bachelor’s degree required (nursing, business or related field preferred). Valid RN license in state of residency required. Minimum of 5 years clinical experience and 3 years operative room experience. Strong group presentation skills and experience presenting clinical education or surgical leadership/management. CNOR certification or related specialty preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Assertive, independent worker capable of uncovering opportunities. Ability to plan and deliver formal presentations to large and small groups. Familiarity with AORN Surgical Smoke Safety Guidelines. Strong MS Office, Word, and Excel skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 75% of the time. Available for flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends as required. Maintain high organization and self‑direction. Benefits and Compensation Salary: $135,000 annually (actual base pay may vary with qualifications, location, and schedule). The position is bonus eligible and includes a 401(k) plan. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Travel is required approximately 75% of the time.
