Server

Server Provide exceptional guest service to hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a smile, eye contact, and friendly greeting. Maintain knowledge of menu prices, specials, and food items. Take guest orders and relay to kitchen; serve food promptly. Observe guests and assist with additional requests. Follow approved cash handling and transaction procedures. Perform duties of a busperson as needed during shifts. Complete assigned side work and closing duties. Use guest recovery methods to resolve complaints. Prepare deposits and end-of-shift reports (if applicable). Report safety or security issues immediately. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Perform additional duties as needed or assigned. Qualifications Ability to provide exceptional guest service consistently. Ability to write orders or take orders by memory. Strong communication skills and active listening. Ability to use POS and basic computer applications. Availability on weekends, holidays, overtime, or alternating shifts. Previous serving experience preferred.
