Tech Sales Rep

Contract: 12 months

Mode: Remote

Location: USA

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Support

• Prepare and process product quotes with accuracy and speed across company's OEM and distribution portfolio
• Enter and manage purchase orders (POs) within company's quoting and order management platforms
• Maintain accurate pricing aligned to company's pre-negotiated manufacturer rates
• Support revenue tracking and pipeline visibility for company's Business sales stakeholders

Inside Sales Support

• Work directly with customers on purchase order and quote details, ensuring a smooth transaction experience
• Manage contract documentation and assist with operational workflows tied to the customer sales cycle
• Serve as a responsive operational contact across Enterprise Direct Sales Teams, IS Engagement Managers, and Express Centers
• Escalate customer issues or workflow blockers to the Engagement Lead within the required response window

Distributor Coordination

• Source and coordinate OEM product lines in accordance with the company's OEM Sourcing Framework
• Route any OEMs lines at company's pre-negotiated manufacturer pricing
• For OEM lines where pre-negotiated pricing is not established by the manufacturer, select between authorized distributors optimized on cost and availability for company's benefit on cost and availability at the time of the transaction
• Maintain strict adherence to sourcing rules - ISRs may not deviate from or reclassify OEM categories without written authorization

Reporting

• Contribute data and activity inputs to weekly performance reports submitted to Operations Lead and AVP of Service Management
• Support monthly executive summaries and quarterly business reviews with accurate operational metrics
• Maintain documentation standards that support audit-readiness and stakeholder transparency
