Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients to evaluate their mental health, substance use, and medical needs, ensuring cultural competence and client-centered practice.

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, including counseling, intake assessments, diagnosing, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and referrals to specialized drug treatment services when necessary.

• Create thorough progress notes and electronic documentation, maintaining up-to-date patient records in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Provide essential liaison services that connect clients with local resources, including community support services, medication assistance programs, and relevant social work support services.

• Engage in collaborative quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data collection processes and treatment efficacy, ensuring that our services continue to evolve and meet the needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals navigating mental health and substance abuse challenges, many of whom may be in crisis or seeking recovery. Your expertise will empower clients through therapeutic support, emphasizing resilience and recovery through individualized treatment plans. You will also be instrumental in building strong therapeutic relationships that promote trust and encourage open communication, which are vital components in the healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on clinical practice.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health settings, effectively demonstrating your ability to provide clinical social work services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
