Job Description
You will be responsible for building and managing the full tracking, analytics, and conversion infrastructure across our portfolio, ensuring accurate data collection, campaign measurement, and marketing performance optimization. You translate business and marketing goals into clean, measurable digital tracking systems and actionable reporting.

- Technical Scripts & Automations
- Cross-Team Support & Strategy
Experience across:
- Platform - Work Done GA4 Events, parameters, conversions, cross-domain, BigQuery setup Google Ads Conversion tags, enhanced conversions, feed tracking Meta Ads Pixel, CAPI, custom events, offline conversions LinkedIn Ads Insight tag, conversions, UTMs, CRM workflows TikTok Ads Pixel & Events API Pinterest Ads Conversion integrations & enhanced match CRM Integrations HubSpot, Cognito Forms, Marketo (when present)

For the Freelance Role
You would assist with:
- GA4 tag setup
- GTM pixel installs
- Basic custom events & naming
- QA testing & debugging assistance
- UTM tracking & reporting sheets
- Consent banner QA
- Understand Google Consent Mode V2
- Client-CMS basic tasks
- Custom Form Listeners + Script Implementation
- Optimize Client Containers
- Use Tables for Multi Site / Regional Containes If possible
- Think lead architect
- QA + approval
- Complex sGTM + API + hashed pipelines
- Strategic oversight
