Physiatrist OpportunityFranciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist to meet the growing demand for services at our Franciscan Health Crown Point in Crown Point, IN with outreach to Munster and Dyer.Provider will see procedures consisting of general PM&R, stroke, traumatic brain injury, orthopedics, and neurology treatments. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Candidate will work collaboratively with our talented team of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation providers to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.What you can expect:Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday, 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours of admin workWeekend Call & Rounding Rotation: 1:4Inpatient coverage in Crown Point with outreach to Dyer and MunsterFuture Outpatient/Ambulatory focus will be:EMGsBotox- Spasticity & Migraine ManagementPain Management/InterventionsProsthetics & OrthoticsWell-established practiceExperienced clinical support staffIf physician has a collaborative agreement with the APP, outreach will include Michigan City referrals - remote review of EPIC charts onlyFranciscan Health is a non-profit health care system with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana.
