Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical and Transitional Care Unit (TCU), including inpatient rehabilitation swing beds
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients throughout the shift
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition in a timely and appropriate manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care activities and clinical findings in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license in good standing, required at time of submission
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Clean license with no restrictions or disciplinary actions
• References required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical or Transitional Care/Swing Bed unit setting
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation patient populations
