Position: Commercial Account Executive

Salary: 50k - 90k + Uncapped Commission

Location: Charlotte, NC 28217 (Onsite)

Insight Global is looking for a motivated Commercial Account Executive to drive growth by helping organizations implement cutting-edge security and technology solutions. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to solution design and contract close, while working alongside technical experts and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Drive new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Meet with decision-makers to identify security and technology needs
• Develop and present customized solutions for commercial clients
• Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle and consistently exceed sales goals
• Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Sales Support to ensure successful project delivery

Must Haves :

• 2+ years of commercial integration sales experience

• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals
