HVAC Installer (5+ Years Experience)

Lochard Inc., Snyders Heating & Cooling, and Dave's Services are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. Pay Range: $22 per hour - $32 per hour plus commissions = $50k - $75k per year

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
Remove and dispose of existing equipment safely
Install ductwork modifications, refrigerant lines, electrical components, thermostats, and condensate drains as needed
Start up, test, and verify proper operation of installed equipment
Complete installation paperwork, photos, and required documentation using a tablet
Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
Work closely with team members to complete quality installations on schedule
