Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design across a range of building and infrastructure types using multiple material systems. Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Review contractor submittals and conduct site observations to ensure construction aligns with design intent. Collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, and other internal specialists to ensure cohesive project delivery. Support tasks related to planning, permitting, cost estimating, and client communication. Contribute to internal quality control and help maintain firmwide technical standards. Provide mentorship to junior staff as appropriate. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred). EIT or PE Minimum 2 years of structural engineering experience Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., RISA, RAM, STAAD, or comparable tools). Strong understanding of building codes, material design standards, and construction practices. Experience producing drawings, calculations, and specifications for building and/or infrastructure projects. Strong communication skills and ability to contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
