Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Work Model: Onsite (Doral, FL) Location: Doral, FL Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000 About the Role We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager for a growing South Florida developer and general contractor. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has recently stepped into an Assistant Project Manager role or is a strong Project Engineer ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work alongside experienced project leadership while supporting all phases of commercial and mixed-use construction projects. Must-Have Experience We’re looking for candidates with General Contractor experience who are ready to continue growing within project management. You must have: General Contractor experience Procore Bluebeam Microsoft Project Microsoft Excel Ability to read construction drawings Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Background Ideal Assistant Project Manager Project Engineer Commercial construction Multifamily construction Strong Alternative Backgrounds Senior Project Engineer Construction Project Coordinator Field Engineer What You Will Do Manage RFIs Process submittals Coordinate document control Review shop drawings Support project scheduling Coordinate subcontractors Track permits Assist with buyouts Coordinate meetings Support punch lists Assist with project closeout documentation No financial management responsibilities.
