Senior Employee Relations Partner

As a key member of a cohesive team, the full-time remote Senior Employee Relations Partner will manage sensitive employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop HR policies while providing strategic guidance to HR business partners and leadership. Key responsibilities Plan and conduct thorough investigations related to employee relations concerns, documenting findings and communicating with relevant stakeholders Analyze casework data to identify trends and provide proactive guidance to mitigate risks and foster a positive work environment Create and administer HR policies and conduct training sessions for HR and managers on compliance-related matters Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 8+ years of related experience, with 4+ years in conducting investigations Experience influencing and providing guidance on complex employee relations issues in an international company Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and HR best practices Proficiency with case management systems and relevant HR tools
