The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Will need to wash, fold, and organize all linen. Must be able to lift roughly 30lbs. Position is part-time. Hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Weekends a must.

$14 - $16 hourly

• Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.
• Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records.
• Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
• Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
