Senior Manager, Digital HR & AI Enablement

DescriptionAbout The RoleWe are seeking a forward-thinking Digital HR & AI Enablement leader to modernize and scale our global People ecosystem through technology, AI, automation, analytics, and data-driven operations.This role will lead the evolution of HR technology at Power Integrations — transforming how work gets done across the employee lifecycle while enabling a more intelligent, efficient, and employee-centric organization.You will serve as the strategic and operational leader of our People technology landscape, owning Workday and the broader HR ecosystem while identifying innovative ways to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and digital workflows to improve scale, decision-making, operational effectiveness, and employee experience.Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, systems thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for modernizing HR through technology.This is a highly visible role that will partner across HR, IT, Finance, and business functions to support broader enterprise transformation initiatives and scalable operating models.What You Will Lead & DeliverLead the modernization of the People technology ecosystem through AI, automation, analytics, and scalable digital operations.Develop and execute a forward-looking Digital HR strategy that improves operational efficiency, workforce insights, employee experience, and organizational scalability.Identify and implement practical AI applications that improve productivity, automate workflows, enhance employee support, and accelerate decision-making across the People function.Serve as the strategic and technical owner of Workday and the broader HR technology ecosystem.Improve operational scalability and efficiency through automation, simplification, and intelligent workflow design.Apply product and design-thinking principles to create intuitive, employee-centric experiences across HR systems and workflows.Build highly scalable and efficient operations through automation, simplification, and intelligent design.Partner across HR, IT, Finance, and business teams to support enterprise transformation initiatives and scalable operating models.What Great Looks LikeThinks like a systems architect, not just a systems administrator.Brings strong business acumen and understands how HR technology drives organizational performance.Operates with curiosity and experimentation around emerging technologies and AI.Brings curiosity and thoughtful experimentation around emerging technologies, AI, and digital workflows.Balances innovation with operational rigor, governance, and scalability.Creates simplicity from complexity.Builds intuitive, scalable, and employee-centric technology experiences.Required Experience8+ years of experience in HR Technology, Digital HR, People Operations Technology, or related fields.5+ years of deep hands-on Workday configuration experience across multiple modules including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, business processes, security, reporting, and integrations.Experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve workflows, automation, analytics, employee support, or operational efficiency.Experience modernizing HR technology ecosystems and evaluating scalable, cost-effective technology solutions.Experience building workforce analytics, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational insights.Preferred ExperienceSemiconductor or high-tech industry experience.Experience with Workday Extend, Workday Journeys, Workday Help, or AI-enabled HR technologies.Experience supporting enterprise transformation or operational modernization initiatives.Why This Role MattersThis role is central to transforming how HR operates at Power Integrations —evolving from manual and fragmented processes toward more scalable, automated, data-driven, and employee-centric operations.You will shape the future of our People technology ecosystem, enabling more scalable operations, stronger workforce insights, better employee experiences, and smarter ways of working across the organization.
