Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and academically driven Internal Medicine Physician to join an innovative outpatient Value-Based Care Clinic in Dallas, TX. The physician will provide comprehensive adult patient care while serving as faculty for an Internal Medicine Health Equity Track within a collaborative academic environment focused on population health, value-based care, and resident education.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care for adult patients Utilize evidence-based and value-based care principles Manage chronic disease and preventive healthcare needs Supervise and mentor Internal Medicine residents Teach population health, primary care, and health equity-focused medicine Participate in quality improvement and scholarly initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school required Board Certified in Internal Medicine required Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain required Completion of ACGME-approved residency required Experience or strong interest in: Health Equity Population Health Value-Based Care Academic Medicine Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills Experience in resident education or academic settings preferred
