The Role

We are hiring high-performing Career Stylists at Purpose Boutique who love sales, styling, and building long-term customer relationships.

This is a performance-driven role designed for experienced stylists who want to grow their career and income through styling expertise rather than moving into management.

You will spend the majority of your time on the sales floor leading customer interactions, building full looks, and delivering a high-level, personalized styling experience that drives strong results.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their ability to sell, takes pride in their performance, and is motivated by both results and customer impact.

What You Will Do

• Drive personal sales through confident styling, outfitting, and customer connection
• Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals and performance metrics
• Deliver a high-level, personalized styling experience for every customer
• Build strong, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and loyalty
• Create full outfits and wardrobe solutions that increase value and confidence
• Take ownership of your results and continuously look for ways to improve performance
• Maintain a high-energy presence on the floor and contribute to a strong team environment
• Uphold Purpose standards across sales, service, and customer experience

Scheduling Expectations

Purpose stores operate 7 days a week, and this role includes weekend and occasional closing shifts as a regular part of the business.
