What You Bring to the Bench
- The "Machinist's Eye": You can look at a worn-out part or a rough sketch and see exactly how to fixture it and cut it.
- Precision Pedigree: You're comfortable holding tolerances that make others nervous
- Problem-Solving DNA: You know how to "work around" a problem using shop math, custom jigs, and sheer ingenuity.
- The Toolbox: You have [3-5+] years of manual experience and a deep understanding of metal behavior (ferrous, non-ferrous, and the tough stuff).
